Light demolition means non-structural work: a shed, a deck, a run of fencing, a bathroom or kitchen strip-out. We take the structure down and haul the material away in the same visit.
Structural work, anything load-bearing and anything involving asbestos is outside what we do — we will tell you straight if that is what the job needs.

This work is priced by volume, not by the hour — you only pay for the space your load takes up. Every job starts from a free on-site estimate, and the minimum is $89.

No hidden fees. The price we quote is the price you pay — no fuel surcharge, no disposal add-on, no tax at the door. Extra charges apply only for dense materials such as concrete or tile, special items like pianos, and long carries or several flights of stairs.
