Common questions
What does it cost to have junk removed?
Pricing is based on how many items you have and how much they weigh. The minimum is $89 for a small load under 200 lbs. Per-item prices are published on our pricing pages, and larger jobs are priced by how much of the truck they fill.
What is the difference between curbside and full service?
Curbside means you stage the items in a drive-up spot — the driveway, garage, carport or curb — and we drive by and load them. It is the cheaper of the two. Full service means we come in and carry everything out ourselves, including from upstairs or the back yard.
Do you offer same-day service?
Same-day service is available seven days a week, subject to how the day is already booked. Call or text as early as you can and we will tell you honestly what is left.
Are there hidden fees or taxes added at the end?
No. The price we quote is the price you pay. Extra charges only apply in the situations we publish up front: dense materials like concrete or tile, special items such as pianos, and long carries or multiple flights of stairs.
What happens to everything you take?
Anything still usable is offered for donation, metals and electronics go to recycling, and only what is left goes to disposal. That is the whole reason the business exists in the shape it does.
