Site cleanup for contractors — lumber, drywall, roofing and fixtures.
Contractors use us either as a scheduled clear-down between trades or as a single end-of-job sweep. Dense material such as concrete, tile and dirt is priced separately because of weight limits.
If the job runs for weeks rather than days, a dump trailer parked on site is usually cheaper than repeat pickups.

This work is priced by volume, not by the hour — you only pay for the space your load takes up. Every job starts from a free on-site estimate, and the minimum is $89.

No hidden fees. The price we quote is the price you pay — no fuel surcharge, no disposal add-on, no tax at the door. Extra charges apply only for dense materials such as concrete or tile, special items like pianos, and long carries or several flights of stairs.
