About General Hauling & Junk Removal
A veteran-owned hauling company built out of a gap the owner ran into personally: affordable, trustworthy junk removal that did not cut corners.
Our journey
Started out of necessity
Our journey in the junk removal industry began through personal necessity — the challenge of finding affordable, trustworthy service that did not compromise on quality. That motivation, and a team with deep-rooted community ties, is what got the business off the ground.
Our founder brought a veteran's disciplined approach and shaped operations from the ground up. We started with one goal: to fill a gap in the market for reliable, dependable junk removal that not only meets but exceeds what customers expect.
Today we serve Western Massachusetts, Worcester County, Greater Boston and Hartford County, Connecticut — offering solutions that reflect a commitment to doing the job properly.
Our mission
Recycle. Reduce. Repurpose.
We are committed to sustainable disposal and community impact, making sure every piece of debris is handled with environmental responsibility. The goal is to turn clutter into a cleaner, greener outcome rather than another load in a landfill.
In practice that means sorting every load: anything still usable is offered for donation, metals and electronics are routed to recycling, and only what is genuinely left over goes to disposal.
